Meeting Agenda/Minutes

The purpose of this commission is to provide all parish members with religious learning opportunities aimed at fostering a personal faith and expressing that faith through service. The aim is "to teach as Jesus did." The responsibilities of the commission and its sub-committees are to develop long range plans for religious formation for all parishioners, especially young adults and families; monitor all Faith Formation programs; provide for the selection, recruiting, training, evaluation and spiritual development of all catechists and parish catechetical leaders; and to develop and coordinate formation for the mentally and/or physically challenged parishioner, whether adult or child. The greatest challenge facing this commission is the education of adult parishioners, especially young adults in the parish.
